How Being a Great Place to Work Leads to Great Work

This week 4C was honored as one of Ad Age’s 50 best places to work in 2020. We’re chuffed by the news to be sure but this is not about beating our chest. We’re driven to create a great place to work because it allows us to do great work.

How do we do it?

Add up the 4Qs at 4C and that’s a whole lot of walls we’re knocking down while building the leading self-service intelligence platform for marketers to drive business outcomes across closed ecosystems.

At the end of the day, our clients’ goals are our North Star and we’ve always got them in Scope.

The proof is in the pudding. According to TechValidate, all 4C clients see increases in ROAS with half generating at least 25% lift. More than half our clients save at least 3 hours per week using our platform with the others saving 1-2 hours. And all clients get more efficient media planning with almost 3/5 seeing at least 25% improvement.
