Employee Spotlight – Eshani Jalota

Mar 11, 2020

Eshani Jalota, a Client Engagement Manager in Malaysia, says the coolest thing about working at 4C is the people. “Every colleague at 4C isn’t just a skilled professional, they’re an incredible person as well. The 4C culture and value system is evident in every employee or office anywhere in the world – a culture that values its people and their needs above everything else.” The 4C culture has also allowed her to become more creative in her career and has brought a new dimension to her professional perspective.

At 4C’s 2020 Global Kickoff in Chicago, Eshani says she heard her best piece of career advice from Publicis Chief Growth Officer Rishad Tobaccowala: “look at your career in blocks of 3-5 years and don’t make impulsive decisions because of one bad day.” And her best advice for women starting out in their career? “Don’t feel like the nurturer in you is a weakness. Your ability to express empathy and be compassionate is a superpower. It complements your work ethic to make you a better professional, leader, and colleague.”

Don’t feel like the nurturer in you is a weakness. Your ability to express empathy and be compassionate is a superpower.

In a “4C Freaky Friday situation,” Eshani says she would swap places with Chief Marketing Officer, Aaron Goldman, “just so I can rap on command!”
