We recently announced that 4C had been recognized as a 2020 Gartner Peer Insights Customers’ Choice for Ad Tech and shared excerpts from recent reviews in your words.
On Thursday, Gartner published its “Voice of the Customer” report for the category and we’re pleased to offer a complimentary copy.
As you’ll see, in the ad tech market, Gartner Peer Insights published 689 reviews and ratings in the 12-month period ending 31 December 2019. This chart shows all eligible vendors based on their overall rating, review volume and diversity in industry, company size and deployment region.

For its Voice of the Customer report, Gartner Peer Insights calculates overall customer rating by the responses to the survey question: “Please rate your overall experience with this vendor.” Other ratings displayed are responses to:
- “Overall rating of product capabilities”
- “Overall rating of evaluation and contracting”
- “Overall rating of integration and deployment”
- “Overall rating of service and support”
All in all, the report provides a very thorough look at how customers view the category and the Scope by 4C platform.
