4C has been named #1 in customer satisfaction for cross-channel advertising software by G2 Crowd. In a competitive category featuring 24 companies, 4C emerged as a Leader and earned badges for Best Results, Fastest Time to ROI and Users Most Likely to Recommend.
To be sure, we had already earned the top ranking in Social Advertising Software but this is the first time we’ve qualified for the Cross-Channel report thanks to our mobile and video offerings. (TV is still not part of the criteria but that works in our favor as well.)
Why are we so excited about this honor? G2 Crowd is a 3rd party research company and its industry reports are based entirely on actual user feedback. To date, 140 4C clients have taken the time to write a review of our platform. That alone is incredibly humbling. But the fact that those reviews were better than any of the other platforms on the market gives us tremendous pride.
At the end of the day, this award is a testament to our clients and partners who push us to be the best. To all of you, many thanks for your trust and support. We look forward to “Marching” ahead together to conquer multi-screen marketing.
